Service Usage Period

Unless otherwise agreed, it shall be for one month or one year from the start date of this service, according to the application plan. However, if neither the customer nor our company notifies the other party in writing of a refusal to extend the service period one month before the expiration of the service period, the service period shall be extended for the same duration, and this shall apply thereafter.

Regarding Cancellation or Termination of Application

Cancellation of this service after application or early termination during the service period is not possible. However, it is possible to terminate early during the service period by paying the service fee due until the service period ends as a cancellation fee in the manner stipulated by our company (if already paid, it will not be refunded).
